• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Associate Professor of Computer Applications

Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our faculty as an Associate Professor of Computer Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in computer applications, conducting research in their area of expertise, and providing service to the department, university, and professional community.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in computer applications, including but not limited to programming languages, software engineering, database management, and web development.
2. Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments to ensure alignment with program goals and industry standards.
3. Mentor and advice students on academic and career-related matters, including research projects, internships, and post-graduation opportunities.
4. Conduct research in computer applications or related fields, publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, and present findings at conferences and other professional forums.
5. Participate in departmental and university-wide committees, meetings, and activities to support academic and administrative initiatives.
6. Engage in outreach activities to promote the department and university, foster partnerships with industry and community organizations, and enhance the visibility of the computer applications program.

Qualifications:
