Details of the Project: The work pertains to developing process and its validation for use of bio- char as potential material in cement/concrete. It will be supervised by Prof. Bhavna Tripathi, Director School of Civil & Chemical Engineering, Manipal University Jaipur.

Essential Qualifications: B. Tech/ M. Tech in Civil/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent discipline with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) in UG and PG. Eligibility for JRF as per OM SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated 10 July 2020 will be applicable.
Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates meeting the following:
· GATE qualified.
· Proficiency in English language.
· Knowledge of concrete mix design/ mechanical & durability testing, and characterisation of materials.
· Publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
Duration: 1 year The appointment will be purely temporary on contract basis.
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- per month, plus 18% HRA (as per DST rules)
