Postal: After successful submission of the online Application Form, the applicant must:
- Take the Printout of the PDF file of the Application Form on A4 Size paper
- Append his/her signature and paste front facing recent photograph at the designated place on the Application Form
- Attach attested copies of all relevant, with the Application Form. Submit the Application Form by post, complete in all respect, super-scribing on the top-left side of the cover, the post applied for, advertisement number, and its date, to the Office of the Dean, J. N. Medical College, Faculty of Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh-202002 on or before the last date of submission of the Application Form
1. The Local Selection Committee of the ELIGIBLE candidates for the above-advertised post will be held on 26.12.2023 in the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Medicine as per the schedule

2. Candidates are required to report with all original documents in the office of the Dean. Faculty of Medicine, AMU, Aligarh half an hour before the scheduled time of L.S.C.
3. No Separate Notice/ Interview letter will be issued to the Candidates in this regard.
4. Candidates are required to bring original marksheet, certificate, and degree from class Xth to postgraduation, Internship completion Certificate, Valid Registration of Graduation, Post-graduation from NMC, other testimonial (s) & No Objection Certificate, if employed from the present employer/relieving orders of all the previous employers & relieving order of the current employer for verification, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear before the interview.
