Assesses player’s skill, monitor players during competition and practice, and keeps the sports coordinator informed of the athletic performance of students. Assists with determining game strategy. Distributes equipment, supplies, and uniforms to students as directed by the college authorities. Attends staff development meetings, clinics and other professional activities to improve sports performance. Must be reliable, responsible, adaptable and compassionate. Must be capable enough to train students for Inter and intra college sport events
