This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Manager located in Bengaluru at Yenepoya School of Business. The Placement Manager will be responsible for connecting students with potential employers and creating and maintaining relationships with companies. • Collaborate with faculty to integrate practical skills development into the academic curriculum.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and recruiters to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, job market dynamics, and evolving skill requirements.
• Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to MBA students, assisting them in identifying strengths, career goals, and suitable industries.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions focused on resume building, interview preparation, and networking.
• Work closely with faculty and administration to develop a robust placement strategy aligned with the business school’s goals and the evolving needs of the job market.
• Innovate and implement strategies to ensure successful placements with a minimum package of 4 lakh.
• Oversee and facilitate the placement of MBA students in internships, ensuring alignment with their academic studies and career aspirations.
