- Electronics and Communication Engineering(Only Ph.D candidates): B.E/B.Tech(ECE) with more than 60% and M.E/M.Tech in ECE and allied subjects related specialization with more than 60% and Ph.D is mandatory, and Ph.D from NIT/IIT/BITS will be preferred
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering(Only Ph.D candidates): B.E/B.Tech(EEE) with more than 60% and M.E/M.Tech in EEE and allied subjects related specialization with more than 60% and Ph.D is mandatory, and Ph.D from NIT/IIT/BITS will be preferred
- Mechanical Engineering(Only Ph.D candidates): B.E/B.Tech(ME) with more than 60% and M.E/M.Tech in EEE and allied subjects related specialization with more than 60% and Ph.D is mandatory, and Ph.D from NIT/IIT/BITS will be preferred.
- Management: M.B.A with more than 60% , NET/SET/Ph.D is Mandatory, Ph.D is mandatory, and Ph.D from NIT/IIT/BITS will be preferred.
Experience : 0- 8 years only need to apply.
- The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
