Project position : Junior Research Fellow
Title of the project: Design and Development of Group-III nitride based LEDs for UV-Blue region for underwater communication
Duration of the project: The post is purely temporary in nature. Initial appointment is for the period of 06 months, which can be extended solely based on satisfactory performance (maximum till project end date).
Fellowship amount: INR 37,000 per month +18% HRA (as per DST rules)
Eligibility requirements: M.Tech.(Electronics or any relevant Branch) or M.Sc. (Electronics or any relevant branch)
Desired qualification Post-Graduation with GATE qualification are preferred (however in case of non- availability of the GATE qualified candidates, the opportunity may be transferred to next eligible non-GATE candidate, subject to performance in the interview).
