Project Title: “Urban Flood Resilience Index for Urban Areas”
Essential Qualification: As per MoHUA and Institute Guidelines for research schemes/ sponsored schemes/ Emeritus Scientist.
Candidate should hold a M.Tech./Integrated M.tech or equivalent in relevant areas such as Hydraulic and Water Resource Engg/Hydrological Extremes/Urban Floods etc. with a good academic background and sound knowledge in SWMM tool/HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS/Hydrology is desirable. Candidates who are expected to submit their Master’s degree by last date of advertisement, are also eligible to apply for this post. Candidates having qualifying GATE/NET score will be preferred (old GATE/NET score can also be considered).
Job Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Stipend:
Rs. 37,000 for 1st & 2nd Year (Consolidated)
Duration: 2 years (maximum) or until tenure of the project (whichever is earlier).
