Desirable Skills (Engineering Fields):
- Experience in organizing international conferences, FDPs, and workshops
- Ability to lead teaching and non-teaching teams
- Knowledge of NAAC, NBA, ISO, and related documentation processes
- Willingness to serve the institution for a minimum of two years
- Proficiency in subject area; shortlisted candidates must deliver a 10-minute technical presentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
