Virtual Internship on in silico Biology, 7th to 31st July, 2021 (6th BATCH)
About the Internship: These 21 days internships provided by Biosrishti (Registered Educational Service Organisation) will cover the in silico laboratory techniques from basics to advanced level.
Modules Covered
- Week 1 – Introduction to in silico biology, databases, sequence submission and retrieval
- Week 2 – Nucleotide sequence analysis – local, global, multiple and phylogeny
- Week 3 – In silico protein structure prediction, analysis and homology modelling
- Week 4 – Omics data analysis
Participation mode: Google Meet
Timing: 7-8pm
Eligibility
- Life sciences students/ scholars/ faculty from any branch can participate as the session is designed from basics to advanced level.
- There will be worksheets after each session.
- All the participants will be provided with an E-manual of the sessions.
Registration fee
Student – Rs. 1500 /-
Faculty*- Rs. 2000 /-
· *Faculty will receive Virtual Training Participation Certificate
On successful completion of the internship and submission of the report, the candidate will be awarded with an E-Certificate of participation.
