The Institute is currently looking to hire three full time trained graduate teachers to teach Science and Mathematics subjects along with standard laboratory practices to the aspiring Class 8-10 students of the CBSE board. Job Title/Designation: Trained Graduate Teachers
Qualification: (a) Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Science with First class with Mathematics as one of the mandatory subjects along with other Science Subjects. (b) Must have secured 60% and above in all qualifications (b) Full time B.Ed. Degree from a recognized institute (c) An exemplary academic record throughout with commitment to teaching and advanced laboratory knowledge is quintessential for this job.
Experience:
- 0-5 years of CBSE class 8 to 10 teaching experience
- Ability to plan, execute and demonstrate both basic and advanced laboratory science experiments of relevance to curriculum. An experience in digital mode of executing mathematical modelling using software’s is encouraged but is not mandatory.
Candidate Profile:
- The prospective candidate must be fluent in English and has good interpersonal skills
- Essential: Active and aspire to be in the digital mode and on screen presence using modern electronic tools. Added YouTube teaching experience is an asset
- Ability to motivate, hand-held slow learners and are driven by passion and purpose
- Be familiar with NEP-2020 and its practices
- They must deliver lectures and engage students in the offline/online mode of teaching involving modern teaching methods
- They must prepare lesson plans; stimulate a vibrant eco system involving a sizeable group of students (30 to 50)
- Teach Science/Mathematics session on daily and rotation basis. Knowledge of Kannada is desired but not mandatory
- Prepare questions, surveys and solve assignment and keep cordial environment with students
- Performance driven and willingness to work beyond the expectations
- Attend PTM or PTS’s and engage in positive communication
- Responsible to work and improvise the teaching-learning process in terms of subject contents
- Must be familiar in pdf, ppt, wave book slides, test and assignments
- Must be familiar in the digital class room set up and maintenance
