Title of the project: Fabrication of room temperature ammonia gas sensors based on semiconductor nanostructures for industrial safety applications
Duration: Three years
Essential Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Materials Science / Physics / Nanoscience / Applied science /Chemistry / Energy / relevant subjects (or) M.E / M.Tech in Material Science / Nanoscience and Nanotechnology / Energy / relevant subjects
Desirable Qualification:
Candidates secured first class / distinction in their PG and UG degree. Additionally candidates with research experience in the field of semiconductors / sensors / nanomaterials / photocatalysis / electrochemistry / will receive preferential consideration for Ph.D. registration.
Fellowship: Rs.25,000/ – per month (consolidated)
