Qualification:
- Biotechnology
i. First Class B.E./B.Tech. in Biotechnology/Biochemical Engineering.
ii. First Class M.E./M.Tech. in Biotechnology/Biochemical Engineering or in relevant field of Engineering.
iii. Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable:
a) PhD completed/thesis submitted in Biotechnology Engineering or equivalent.
b) Teaching, research industrial and /or Professional experience in a reputed organization:
c) Research papers published in reputed, peer – reviewed journals. - Electrical and Electronics Engineering
i. First Class B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or
equivalent.
ii. First Class M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or in relevant field of Engineering.
iii Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable:
a) PhD completed/thesis submitted in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics
Engineering or equivalent.
b) Teaching, research industrial and /or Professional experience in a reputed organization.
c) Papers presented at Conferences and /or in refereed journals - Mechanical Engineering
i. First Class BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
ii. First Class ME/ M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
iii. Without prejudice to the above, following conditions may be consider as desirable:-
a) PhD completed/thesis submitted in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
b) Teaching, research, industrial and/ or professional experience in a reputed organisation.
c) Papers published in referred journals.
d) Papers presented at Conferences.
Pay Scale: The appointment of Guest Faculty is on lecture basis with token honorarium of Rs. 1500/- per lecture subject to the ceiling of Rs. 50,000/- per month. The candidate shall have to give an undertaking that he/she will not draw any fellowship/stipend or any financial assistance from any agency and will do the same till they are teaching in UIET as Guest Faculty.
