- MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in educational institutions)

- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Managing payroll coordination and attendance
- Ensuring compliance with institutional policies and labour laws.
- Assisting in performance management and staff welfare activities .
