- Field Assistant:
- Any degree in BCom., BBA, B.Sc. Home Science
- Minimum of Two years of organizing/fieldwork experience
- Demonstrated ability to work as Team Member
- Age — Below 40 years

- Willingness to Travel in the field/rural area
- Ability to drive own Two Wheeler with valid License
