Qualification:
- Candidates must have a Ph. D in the Accounting and Finance discipline. The Finance area applicants should have the expertise to teach the following subjects at the PG level: Financial Markets & Institution

(A) Professor
Requisite qualifications: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with First Class or equivalent (in terms of Grades, etc.) at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout and minimum of 10 years teaching/ research and publication/industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. Minimum Publications requirements: Two Scopus and ABDC A * OR Six Scopus and ABDC A OR Eight Scopus and ABDC B Journal publications.
(B) Associate Professor
Requisite qualifications: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with First Class or equivalent (in terms of Grades, etc.) at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout and minimum of 8 years teaching/ research and publication/industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor. Minimum Publications requirements: Either One Scopus and ABDC A * OR Two Scopus and ABDC A OR Four Scopus and ABDC B Journal publications.
(C) Assistant Professor
Requisite qualifications: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with First Class or equivalent (in terms of Grades, etc.) at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout and at least 3 years post-Ph. D teaching/research with publication/industrial experience. Minimum Publications requirements: Two ABDC -B category Journal publications.
