- Exposure to NBA accreditation norms, including outcome-based education (OBE), course articulation matrix, and continuous improvement practices
- Active involvement in research, publications, funded projects, and consultancy work
- Capability to handle curriculum design, assessment methods, and academic planning
- Commitment towards continuous learning, faculty development programs, and academic excellence
