Job Description:
The candidate shall report directly to the Reasearch Officer and Programme Associate at
iCALL, and shall be responsible for the following:
● Undertake desk-review on psychosocial concerns of various groups and develop
programme documents based on the same.
● Assisting the team with carrying out data analysis for quantitative and qualitative
data.
● Coding and analyzing the data generated
● Completing research report as per the set timelines
● Assisting in documentation of project activities
● Carrying out communication with team members for understanding key requirements
Desirous candidates should:
● Possess a full-time Master’s Degree in Psychology or allied sciences from a UGC
recognized University
● Should have 2 years of research experience of working with the community,
especially with children, adolescents, young people and their parents.
● Should speak, read and write English and Hindi fluently
● Possess excellent academic and research writing skills in English.
● Should be efficient in using MS Office, SPSS/R, ATLAS.ti/NVivo
● Be willing to work in flexible hours
