• Product Development & Innovation: Engage in hands-on experience with product development, prototype designing, and problem-solving for industrial challenges.
• Research & Patents: Encourage innovation, patent filing, and R&D activities among students and faculty.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update course content integrating industrial advancements and emerging technologies.
• Software & Tools Expertise: Train students in relevant design and simulation software used in the industry.
• Student Mentorship: Inspire students towards entrepreneurship, employability, and higher education through career guidance.
• Classroom Management: Ensure effective discipline, student engagement, and result-oriented teaching strategies.
• Collaboration & Networking: Build strong industry-academic partnerships for guest lectures, industrial visits, and joint projects.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and pedagogical methodologies.
