We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join T.S. Srinivasan Centre for Polytechnic College and Advanced Training (CPAT), Vanagaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Open positions are available for:

1. Curriculum Development Manager
2. Dean – Administration
3. Data Manager

The ideal candidates should be passionate about academic excellence, curriculum innovation, data-driven decision-making, and efficient administration to contribute towards enhancing education quality and student success.

1. Curriculum Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update the curriculum aligned with the latest technological advancements and industry requirements.
• Incorporate project-based learning and critical inquiry into course content.
• Design lesson plans, instructional materials, and real-time industrial projects.
• Train faculty in new curriculum methodologies and ensure effective classroom delivery.
• Collaborate with industries to fine-tune course content as per market needs.
• Supervise content developers and ensure high-quality educational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./M.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Computer Science.
• 10 years of experience in curriculum development, teaching, or training program design.
• Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art curriculum practices and industry standards.
• Ability to integrate technology and innovative pedagogy in course design.

2. Dean – Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic, administrative, and operational functions of CPAT.
• Ensure compliance with AICTE, DoTE, and accreditation standards.
• Work closely with the Principal and faculty team to enhance institutional efficiency.
• Implement faculty development, student services, and policy frameworks.
• Lead initiatives in infrastructure, budgeting, and institutional growth strategies.
• Drive collaborations with industry and government agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree (preferably Ph.D.) in Education Administration / Engineering / Management.
• 15+ years of experience in academic administration at a polytechnic or technical institution.
• Strong leadership, policy implementation, and strategic planning skills.

3. Data Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor students’ academic performance in tests and exams.
• Track and analyze faculty assessments, placement data, and student progress.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of student, faculty, and alumni records.
• Generate data-driven insights for decision-making in curriculum, careers, and training.
• Develop statistical reports to improve teaching standards and student success.
• Work closely with the Principal and academic team to optimize faculty training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• M.Sc. in Mathematics/Statistics or Master’s in Data Management.
• 5-7 years of experience in data analytics and statistical assessment.
• Proficiency in coding, digital data management, and statistical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Candidates preferably residing in and around Chennai will be given preference.

Pay Scale/Qualifications: As per norms. Higher start for deserving candidates.
