- Teaching Staff (KG, PRT, TGT, PGT)1. Position Titles:
- Kindergarten Teachers (Montessori-trained)
- Primary Teachers (PRT)
- Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
- Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)
- Subjects Available:
- Tamil
- English
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Social Science
- Key Responsibilities: For KG Montessori Teachers:
- Implement Montessori curriculum and learning materials.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage independent learning and development through activity-based teaching.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress regularly.
- Engage in regular communication with parents to discuss student development.
For PRT (Classes I–X):
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
- Use interactive and child-centered teaching techniques.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Prepare and assess lesson plans, assignments, and student progress.
For TGT (Classes VI–X):
- Teach respective subject(s) as per CBSE syllabus.
- Develop academic content and evaluation methods.
- Encourage students’ analytical and critical thinking.
- Participate in school activities, events, and assessments.
- Desired Qualifications & Skills: KG (Montessori):
- Diploma/Certification in Montessori/NTT.

- Good command over English and classroom management skills.
TGT:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject + B.Ed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching middle school preferred.
PGT:
- Postgraduate in relevant subject + B.Ed.
- Minimum 3 years of senior secondary teaching experience preferred.
