Principal:
- Postgraduate with B.Ed. (CBSE background preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Coordinator in a CBSE school
- Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills

- Teaching Staff (KG, PRT, TGT, PGT)
- Kindergarten Teachers (Montessori-trained)
- Primary Teachers (PRT)
- Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)

- Key Responsibilities: For KG Montessori Teachers:
- Implement Montessori curriculum and learning materials.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

- Engage in regular communication with parents to discuss student development.
For PRT (Classes I–V):
