Summary: The role is responsible for providing strategic leadership in education, research, faculty development and student affairs in alignment with regulatory standards and institutional goals. Ensure excellence in teaching , fosters a strong academic environment, and promotes the advancement of Law.
Job Profile
- Oversee and enhance the college’s curriculum, teaching, and research programs.
- Promote academic growth through faculty development programs and collaborations.
- Ensure curriculum review and quality enhancement to align with BCI
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and maintain compliance with external guidelines.
- Oversee day to day academic and administrative operations.
- Foster a student centric learning environment focused on academic success , personal development.
- Represent at academic and professional forums.
Qualification required is as follows.
- A Ph.D Degree in Law.
- Associate Professor / Professor with a total Services / Experience of Minimum 15 years of teaching / research in University , college and other institutions of higher education.
- A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals and
- A minimum of 110 research score as per Appendix II, Table 2
Skills Required: Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, along with expertise in education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience: 15 years of teaching / research / industry experience.
