- Professor / Associate Professor with minimum 15-20 years of teaching experience PRINCIPAL in Higher Education Institutions
- Proven administrative and academic leadership experience
- Strong exposure to NAAC, IQAC, accreditation, and university regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and institutional management skills
