Job Title/Designation: Graphic Designer

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Strong creative, visualization, and conceptual design skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia design, digital content creation, or visual communication.
• Experience in designing for educational institutions, events, branding campaigns, or corporate communication is an added advantage.
• Ability to independently manage social media creatives, video content, and multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital communication campaigns.
• Capture and document campus events, including convocations, seminars, workshops, and student activities.
• Design brochures, invitations, banners, posters, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure consistent branding, visual identity, and quality across all digital and print communication.
• Coordinate with departments to gather content and deliver timely, high-quality design outputs.

Preference:

• Candidates with experience in University communication departments, media cells, or institutional branding teams.
• Individuals skilled in photography, videography, and basic motion graphics.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can handle end-to-end creative production, from concept to execution.
• Candidates with strong time management, collaborative skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously will be highly preferred.
