Job Title/Designation: Admission Counsellor

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a Master’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Tamil.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or related roles in educational institutions.
• Prior experience in handling admission campaigns, lead management, or student outreach activities is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and parents regarding admission processes, program details, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in application processing and coordinate communication between departments and applicants.
• Address admission-related queries and ensure a smooth, student-friendly admission experience.
• Support the Admissions Office in outreach activities, open days, educational fairs, and counselling sessions.

Preference:

• Candidates with experience in university or college admission offices.
• Individuals with a strong background in student counselling, outreach, and lead management.
• Applicants familiar with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online admission portals.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in reputed educational institutions or consultancy firms handling large-scale admissions.
• Candidates with a pleasant personality, persuasive communication skills, and a student-centric approach will be highly preferred.
