Summary:
Coordinator – Primarily responsible for reaching out to Corporates for Internships and coordinating with students and Corporates to ensure a smooth selection process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source Internship opportunities and facilitate selection of students by companies.
- Create and maintain extensive database on the corporate accounts which includes details of CEOs, HR Head, Campus Recruitment Heads.
- Handling Documentation of Offer letters, weekly reports and Internship completion certificates.
- Monitor training programs and tracking attendance whenever organized in the Institution.
- Support Admissions and Academic teams in maintaining records.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- Hand-on experience with latest technologies and working knowledge of MS Office
- Should be self-driven Go-getter and well organized to work in a structured way independently
- Sales blend of mind set, Initiative, enthusiasm and positive attitude;
- Strong Interpersonal, Relationship Management and Analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work beyond office hours occasionally.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution with a good academic track record. Specialization in Marketing will be an advantage.
- One to two years of handling Placement experience in an institution will be an added advantage.
- Fresher’s with exceptional communication skills and education track record can also apply.
