Job Title/Designation: Professor & Dean – Management
School have vacancies:
- Faculty of Management
Qualification: Ph.D in Management with First class in all the preceding degrees with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- A minimum of 13-15 years of teaching and/or research experience in a reputed academic institution
- At least 5 years of academic leadership experience as a HoD, or equivalent administrative role in a management institution.
- Experience in academic accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC/UGC/AICTE) and outcome-based education systems.
Role Expectations:
- Senior academic leadership experience in roles such as HoD, Dean, or Professor, with responsibility for multiple management programs and faculty teams.
- Proven ability to provide strategic academic direction, including curriculum planning, program expansion, accreditation, and quality assurance.
- Strong industry alignment experience, with active engagement of corporates in curriculum design, internships, live projects, executive talks, and placements.
