The candidates are expected to possess the following skill sets but not limited to:
- Working Experience in the administrative/leadership roles preferably from autonomous institutions
- Have thorough working knowledge on the aspects of NAAC and other statutory bodies
- Inclination towards research and a strong will to lead a team of vibrant faculty members
- Ability to handle large number of students across different disciplines
- Proven track record in academic, research, consultancy and projects
