The Society is headed by Justice Sri P. Chenna kesava Reddi , Former Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh and North Eastern States as Chairman and Sri P.Raghunatha Reddi , Advocate, as Secretary and other members. The Society sought permission to start a Law College in the year 1985 as there was no Law College in three districts of Cuddapah , Kurnool and Chittoor in the S.V University area.
