Required Qualifications:
- Training & Placement Officer: Postgraduate degree in Management/Engineering/Technology or equivalent
- HR Executive: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Required Experience:
- Training & Placement Officer: Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment, preferably in an Engineering College
- HR Executive: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an engineering college
