Sports Quest Foundation Trust, a premier badminton training and development institution, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:
- Indian & Foreign Badminton Coaches (Singles & Doubles)
⮚ Eligibility:
∙ Strong communication skills with players and support staff.
∙ Physically fit to demonstrate technical and tactical skills.
∙ Background as a national/international level player or coach.
∙ Preference for SAI / BAI / BWF certified coaches.
∙ Age limit: 25–45 years.
⮚ Experience:
∙ Essential: Participation in Olympics, Asian Games, or Commonwealth Games; representation in Indian Junior/Senior National Teams.
∙ Desirable: Semi-finalist at Junior/U-19 Nationals; quarter-finalist at Senior Nationals.
⮚ Key Responsibilities:
∙ Implement modern training methodologies integrating sports science & technology.
∙ Work collaboratively with players and multidisciplinary support teams. ∙ Align coaching with high-performance goals and target international success.
⮚ Tenure & Remuneration:
∙ Initial Contract: 2 years (renewable based on performance).
∙ Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications & experience.
- Hostel Incharge (Male)
⮚ Location: HL City, Sector-37, Bahadurgarh.
⮚ Type: Full-Time | Residential.
⮚ Age Limit: 30–50 years.
⮚ Experience Preferred:
∙ Hostel/PG management experience.
∙ Strong communication & discipline-handling skills.
∙ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, record keeping).
∙ Preference for Ex-Army personnel.
⮚ Key Responsibilities:
∙ Supervision of hostel operations & daily routine.
∙ Student coordination and ensuring safety.
∙ Monitoring cleanliness, discipline, and meal services.
∙ Maintaining records and reporting.
