Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management with an exemplary academic record throughout. Master’s Degree is Desirable
Experience:
A minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or hotel industry in regular service in an institute affiliated to NCHMCT/AICTE/State board of technical education/Recognized University.
Candidate Profile:
- Teaching theory & practical
- Foundation & advance sessions with live demos.
- Supervising the food outlets including its cleanliness, hygiene & sanitation schedule for the organization.
- Maintaining and controlling department inventory & indenting.
- Acting as Coordinator for organizing seminars, events & floristry workshops.
- Conducting examinations & classes as per the schedule.
- Carrying out assignment of teaching, invigilation, and evaluation of examination papers, research works, publications & anti-ragging duties.
- Responsible for In-Campus guest operation & management.
- Looking after training & placement.
- Looking after World skills Training for floristry.
- Preparing & Training students for various competition related to housekeeping. Responsible for In-campus laundry operations, training and management.
