Qualification:
- UG/PG in Engineering / Business Administration/ Health / Technology or related disciplines from a recognized & reputed Institute/University with good academic standing is preferred
Experience:
- An individual with impeccable track record having minimum 10 years of overall experience in the industry/ related institutions, Start-up (as Founder/Co-Founder) and/or an enabler of Start-up, Innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem by virtue of managing/ leading/coordinating key activities or its flagship programs.
Key Roles and Responsibility:
- Understand & handle the start–up incubation process and related challenges
- Develop processes and ensure the implementation of the overall incubation structure and process; Organize workshops, hackathons, events, etc., regularly as part of the incubator operations.
- Regularly interact and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program performance. Look for newer avenues of partnerships and bring the same to the leadership team for further action.
- Work towards overall start-up community mobilisation and outreach. Ensure that the program reaches out to relevant ecosystem stakeholders
- Actively participate in events, seminars and workshops for building and sharing knowledge. Ensuring coordination with relevant team members without the Institution
- Submit applications and follow through effectively to sourcing funds for startups like, grants & funds for Incubator development
