Essential Qualifications:
- For Training & Placement Officer, candidates need a Postgraduate degree in Management, Engineering, Technology, or an equivalent field.
- For HR Executive, candidates need an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
Desirable: Training & Placement Officer candidates should have a strong corporate network and proven expertise in campus placements, internships, employability training, industry MoUs, and career development. HR Executive candidates should have expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
Experience: Training & Placement Officer requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment, or Industry Engagement, preferably in a reputed Engineering/Autonomous Institution. HR Executive requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an educational institution or a reputed organization.
