Human Resources Manager:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources- MBA/ MSW
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in an educational institution
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Human Resources Assistant:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/BBM).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in using HRIS software
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should complete their PG/Ph.D. in relevant discipline
- Candidate should have Good Communication Skill
- Commitment towards work
