Qualification: 

Human Resources Manager:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources- MBA/ MSW
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in an educational institution
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Human Resources Assistant:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/BBM).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Proficiency in using HRIS software

 Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should complete their PG/Ph.D. in relevant discipline
• Candidate should have Good Communication Skill
• Commitment towards work
