Qualification:
Qualification and Experience for Professor & Associate Professor:
1. Candidate should have consistently good academic record.
2. First Class B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./Any Degree and First Class M.Tech./M.Arch./MBA with Ph.D. in appropriate discipline of Engineering / Architecture.
3. Minimum of ten and five years experience in Teaching / Research at Institutes of National Importance or Foreign University for Professor and Associate Professor respectively.
4. As a part of research work pursued, candidates shall submit copies of five best papers authored in the last five years.
5. The candidate should have guided Ph.D. students as main guide and should have published papers in scopus indexed referred journals of high impact factors at Associate Professor and Assistant Professor level respectively.
6. The Candidate shall meet the minimum credit points stipulated for the posts in Academics, Administration and Research Activities. (For details please see Credit Point Guidelines)
Qualification for Assistant Professor:
1. Candidate should have consistently good academic record.
2. First Class B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./B.Sc. and First Class M.Tech./M.Arch./MBA/M.Sc. in appropriate discipline.
3. Ph.D. (Desirable)
4. M.Tech. or Ph.D. specialization in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science for AI & DS.
5. M.Tech. or Ph.D. specialization in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning for Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning)
Qualification & Experience for Librarian:
1. Ph.D. in Library is required.
2. Masters Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least first class and consistently good academic record with knowledge of Computerization of Library.
3. Minimum experience of 5 years in the cadre of Librarian.
Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor of Practice:
1. Candidate should have made significant contribution in the chosen field of engineering.
2. Candidate with at least 5/10/15 years of experience/ service at Senior Level in the Industry / R&D Organisations are eligible to apply for Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor of Practice.
3. Candidate in the teaching profession – serving/ retired are not eligible.
4. Professor of Practice will
a. Focus on enhanced Industry-Institute collaboration
b. Carryout joint industry research project and consultancy
c. Introduce industry relevant courses and deliver lectures
d. Provide mentorship to students on innovation and entrepreneurship.
5. Engagement: Will be engaged for a fixed term of two years either on a full-time/part-time basis on
mutually agreed terms.
6. Remuneration: Consolidated, commensurate with experience and expertise.
