It also has an autonomous Sister unit Center of Energy Studies and Research (CESR). The school offers Ph.D. (Energy and Environment- 1990), M. Tech. in Energy Management -1990, Energy and Environment Management (Regular-2018) and executive M. Tech. in Energy Management-2018 for working persons. Apart from that School also offers M. Phil. (Energy and Environment-1997) regular and MBA (Energy Management-2014) Degree in distance mode. It is housed in the Takshashila Campus on Khandwa Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Qualification:
- Essential: M. .Tech (Energy Management Energy Technology: ‘ | Electrical Engineering) Or M Phil {Energy and Environment) | With at least 55% Marks. The Candidate must have cleared at least NET’DET and must have completed the Ph.D. Course Work Successfully. Besides. candidate must be registered for Ph.D. after the recommendation of the Research Degree Committee (RDC) Or at least must have applied for the some. |
Fellowship Scale:Rs. 15,000:- per month as per rules, maximum period will be two years or till candidate submit his or her Ph.D thesis whichever is earlier
Condition: The award of a fellowship is Purely temporary and will terminate without any notice or compensation on terminations of the scheme.
