Qualifications  

• Doctorate in Pharmacy or a related field.  
• Extensive experience in academic leadership, preferably in a pharmacy or medical college. 
• Demonstrated history of effective program management and student achievement in the role of  Head of Department.  
• Strong understanding of accreditation requirements and compliance standards.  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.  
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
