JOB POSITION: PRINCIPAL
Eligibility & Qualification : As per Dr.M.G.R Medical University.
Education : A Master’s degree in Nursing is often required, with some roles also specifying a specialization in any branch of nursing.
Experience : A Minimum 15 years’ experience with M.Sc.(N) with some roles also specifying a specialization in any branch of nursing out of which 12 years should be teaching experience with minimum of 5 years in collegiate programme. Strong academic record is preferred.
Skills: Leadership and administrative skills are essential for guiding faculty, curriculum planning, and managing resources.
Pay Scale: As per Norms. Higher remuneration may be considered for deserving candidates.
