We Are Hiring – Non-Teaching Positions

1. Administrative Officer

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administration, departmental coordination, and
    institutional operations.
  • Eligibility: Graduate in Administration or related field. Experience in educational administration preferred.

2. Accountant

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Manage institutional accounting operations, budgeting, and preparation of financial statements. Handle payments, audits, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Eligibility:
    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce with relevant experience in institutional or corporate accounts.
  • Additional Requirements:
    Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
    Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax procedures.
    Ability to maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits effectively.

3. Office Assistant

  • Key Responsibilities: Perform clerical and administrative duties, handle correspondence, and support daily office operations.
  • Eligibility: H.S.C. or above.
  • Additional Requirement: Must possess English and Marathi typing skills and proficiency in standard office software applications.

4. DTP Operator

  • Key Responsibilities: Prepare layouts and design academic or institutional materials including brochures, certificates, and notices.
  • Eligibility: H.S.C. or above with working knowledge of CorelDRAW and other DTP tools.
  • Preference: Candidates with prior experience in educational or creative DTP work.

5. Video Editor & Videographer

  • Key Responsibilities: Record and edit videos of college events, lectures, and promotional
    activities.
  • Eligibility: Diploma or Certificate Course in Video Editing, Media Production, or related
    field.
  • Skills Expected: Expertise in video recording and editing.
    Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
    Creative approach to visual storytelling and content presentation.

6. Lab Assistant

  • Key Responsibilities: Support laboratory sessions, maintain instruments, and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Eligibility: Diploma or equivalent qualification in the relevant technical field.

7. Library Assistant

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage cataloguing, issue and return operations, and assist users
    in locating resources.
  • Eligibility: Diploma in Library Science or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with digital cataloguing and library management software.

8. Technical Support Staff

  • Key Responsibilities: Maintain IT systems, handle software/hardware troubleshooting, and support digital operations.
  • Eligibility: Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Science. Experience in managing institutional IT infrastructure preferred.

9. Maintenance Staff

  • Key Responsibilities: Oversee campus maintenance, minor repairs, and ensure smooth  of utilities.
  • Eligibility: Candidates with experience in plumbing, electrical, or civil work preferred.

10. Peon

  • Key Responsibilities: Assist staff in daily routines, deliver files, and maintain office cleanliness.
  • Eligibility: Basic education; experience in institutional setup preferred.

11. Housekeeping Staff

  • Key Responsibilities: Ensure hygiene and cleanliness throughout the campus premises.
  • Eligibility: Prior experience in institutional housekeeping preferred.
