Research Prosition: Senior Research Fellow

Title of the project: Payload Monitoring of Equipment (Hydraulic Excavators) Displayed in Operators Cabin

Sponsoring/Funding Agency: Ministry of Coal (MOC), India and Department of Science and Technology (DST), India.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/ Information Technology (IT)/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Electronics/ Mining/ Mechanical/ Robotics and Automation with a minimum of 60% marks (or 6 CGPA).
• Having a GATE Score (if applicable).
• D. in above relevant streams (Desired but not Mandatory); (Thesis Submitted candidate may also apply)

Desirable Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Dashboard Design; Focused on creating interactive dashboards, ETL processes (extract, transform, load), and frontend/backend integration.
• Responsible for assessing vulnerabilities in dashboard systems and securing data pipelines.
• Specialized in designing user-centered interfaces to ensure data is actionable and intuitive.

Project Duration:  12 months (Extendable based on performance)

Stipend: Rs. 42000 (Consolidated) + HRA + Other Allowances

Job Location: ECL Rajmahal, Mahagama, Dist-Godda, Jharkhand.

Responsibilities: Execution of Research Project with Principal implementing agency (GCPL) in co-ordination with sub-implementing agency (CMPDI and ECL).
