Essential Qualification: Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or an equivalent degree, OR candidates having 3 years of research, teaching, design and development experience after MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.

Desirable Qualification:

  • Strong knowledge in theoretical and computational condensed matter physics, including quantum information-based approaches.
  • Experience in computer programming and developing codes from scratch.
  • Prior experience working in strongly correlated systems or topological systems will be given preference.
  • A good publication record in relevant fields.
  • Willingness to contribute to mentoring graduate students and developing research skills, including research-led teaching.

Emoluments per Month: Rs. 58,000/- per month + HRA (as applicable @ 18%)
