Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Research Excellence
    • Conduct original, high-quality research aligned with the department’s focus areas.
    • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
  2. Academic Engagement
    • Assist in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students.
    • Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary projects.
  3. Departmental Contribution
    • Participate in departmental activities, workshops, and seminars.
    • Assist in securing research grants and contribute to the academic growth of the department.
  4. Community and Institutional Growth
    • Engage in community outreach and industry collaborations.
    • Contribute to the institution’s mission of academic excellence and societal impact.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Prior research experience and publications are preferred.
  • Passion for teaching, learning, and contributing to academic and research activities.
 
Qualification: Ph.D (or) NET/SET, with exemplary academic/ industry experience.
