Educational Qualification:
- A Ph.D holder in relevant domain having 20 years progressively responsible practical experience and excellent performance record in an institute of repute or security organisation may also be considered as professor of practice.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of inspiring and guiding academic teams. Strong vision and strategic thinking are essential for driving the school’s mission forward, while excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Preference will be given to candidate with experience, expertise and interests in respective mandate/domain of the respective school.
- Assistant Drill Instructor- Ex. Army men with Experience of 15 years with Knowledge of Drill or
Marching and Weapon Training.

- Professor of Practice- ₹ 1,00,000/- to ₹ 2,00,000/-
- Assistant Drill Instructor (ADI)- ₹ 41,061/-
