Qualification: Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Management, or related fields)
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or corporate relations, consultancy –Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities
- Establish contact with prospective employers through personal visits, telephonic calls, and emails based on category and corporate interest.
- Develop plans with well defined activities for placement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align placement strategies with organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners.
- Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, feedback, and placement outcomes.
- Coordinate on–campus placements.
- 7. Coordinate to organize in–house placement skill workshops
Candidate Profile:
We’re seeking a proactive and results–driven Team Member – Placement to establish and maintain relationships with prospective employers, develop strategic placement plans, and drive placement activities for our students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network of corporate contacts, and experience in placement or recruitment.
