The Administrative Officer at Institution, should manage the below-mentioned employees of the respective departments and should ensure that their assigned day-to-day tasks are completed as per their schedule.

  • Strong Leadership skills,
  • Coordinating /Organizing and handling all administrative process Like Security, Housekeeping , maintenance, Admission, Counselling, Transport and cafeteria
  • Updating Staffs & Faculty attendance and Time management sheet regularly.
  • Perform functions like Planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling
  • Previous experience in administrative officer in Educational sector Mandatory.
  • Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
  • Ensure the Institution complies with relevant laws and regulations
  • Communicate with parents, identifying their problems, resolving conflicts and other issues, regulatory bodies and the public
  • Should submit monthly weekly and monthly report to the management.
  • Should be strong in noting, drafting and capable to take independent charge of office and liaison with concerned govt departments.
  • Strong decision-making skills and answering skills
