Project Title:  “Advanced Machine Learning-Based Anomaly and Fraud Detection System for Next-Generation Telecom Networks”, funded by the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, under Bharat 6G Alliance to Drive Innovation and Collaboration in Next-Generation Wireless Technology.

Qualification:

  • Research Associate – I
    • Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Engineering or a closely related field
OR
    • M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline
with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in research and/or software development
    • Desirable Skill
      • Strong foundation in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.
        • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as:
        • TensorFlow, PyTorch, for deep learning
        • Transformers for NLP tasks
        • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, dimensionality reduction, and time-series analysis.
        • Hands-on experience in developing and deploying models for:
          • Anomaly detection
          • Predictive analytics and forecasting
        • Familiarity with scientific computing tools (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Plotly).
        • Knowledge of Big Data frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Flink is an advantage.
        • Demonstrated ability to work with large-scale datasets, including unstructured data from text, audio, or IoT sources.
        • Strong programming proficiency in Python (preferred) and/or R, with good coding practices and documentation skills.
        • Exposure to real-world applications such as fraud detection, cybersecurity, recommendation systems, or social network analysis.
  • Program Associate
    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
      (e.g., B.Com, BBA, B.A. or equivalent)
    • Experience: 
      • Minimum 1 years of experience in project accounting, fund management, file processing, and office administration.
      • Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, PFMS, GeM, E-Procurement, and similar systems is often preferred.
    • Desirable Skill
      • Working knowledge of accounts reconciliation, UC/SE preparation, and auditing in research projects.
      • Experience working in a university/research/technical institute or on government-funded projects.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Computer Skills:
        • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
        • Ability to draft official letters, maintain office records, and handle emails professionally.
        • Training/experience in Data Analysis and interpretation
  • MultiTask Skill worker
    • Educational Background:
      • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Business Administration).
        OR
      • Diploma in Office Management/Finance/Accounts/Computer Applications.

      Experience:

      • 1 year of work experience in accounts support, file processing, purchase, or general office administration.
      • Experience with Tally or other accounting software is desirable.
    • Desirable Skill
      • Computer Proficiency:
        – Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
        – Ability to maintain physical and digital records.

        Desirable Skills:
        – Familiarity with PFMS, GeM, or other government portals.
        – Experience in academic/research institutions or handling government-funded project documentation.
        – Good verbal and written communication skills.
        – Ability to handle multiple tasks under supervision.
