Education Qualification:
For Associate Professor:
Bachelor‘s Degree in Architecture or equivalent to B. Arch.
And
Master‘s Degree in Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 60 per cent. Marks at either level.
For Assistant Professor:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Equivalent to B-Arch with minimum 60 % marks
Or
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in Architecture or in allied
subjects of Architecture with min 60% marks at either level.
Experience:
For Associate Professor:
Eight years’ experience in teaching/ research/ professional work out of which a full-time teaching experience of minimum three years
Or
Thirteen years of professional experience.
For Assistant Professor:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B-Arch) with three years of relevant Professional experience”.
Or
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with one year of relevant professional experience.

Experience:
The minimum qualifications and experience required for appointment of these faculty shall be as per All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
Required Skill Set for all above post:
- Professional Experience in designing buildings, experience in preparing drawings at all stages of architectural design process, Proficiency in application of design software, 3D modelling software, and other relevant software applications.
- Graduates/ Post Graduates from reputed National/ International institutions, will carry weightage.
- Candidates whose post-graduate training has been multi-disciplinary, and ones that are interested in exploring multiple facets of their expertise.

Lab Technician
Job Description: / Responsibilities:
- Familiar with CAD Lab/ Computer Lab Operations and Maintenance
- Upkeep of Computers, Printers, Plotters etc.
- Maintaining Systems, Server, Printers, Plotters, LAN Network
- Maintaining log of student’s usage of lab equipment/ systems/ printer/
- prints/ plots etc.
- Uploading relevant software installations in systems
- Preparing laboratory manual/ laboratory hand outs

Education Qualification:
Diploma in Architecture / Bachelor Degree (any discipline)
Required Skill Set:
- Past experience in computer system maintenance, IT knowledge in maintaining systems/ server/ printers/ plotters. Knowledge in operating AutoCAD, Photoshop is preferred.
